By using ProCamera, Inc. services I hereby affirm that I own the copyright, or am authorized by the owner, to the photo or digital image provided to ProCamera, Inc.
Submitting any film, print, slide, or negative to ProCamera, Inc. for processing, printing, or other handling constitutes an agreement by the customer that any damages or loss by our company, employees, customers, or agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, slide, or negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damage is excluded. I hereby release ProCamera, Inc. its employees, customers, or agents from all claims of every kind related to any damages, loss, or alteration of photos or digital images.
This site and its contents, including but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, video, sound, and other material (all such content collectively referred to as “content”) are protected under United States and international copyright laws and are the property of ProCamera, Inc. All rights reserved. All logos, splash screens, page headers, custom graphics, and button icons displayed on this site are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress (collectively, “marks”) of ProCamera, Inc. Except as specifically permitted herein, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, modifying, selling, or participating in the sale of, or otherwise exploiting or using any content or any marks in any form or by any means without the express written permission of ProCamera, Inc. is prohibited and may violate the copyright or trademark laws of the United States and/or other countries.
Manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Ninety day warranty applies. Used equipment can be returned within ten days with original receipt for a full refund or exchanged.
After receiving authorization from us, please ship your merchandise (adequately packaged) back to ProCamera, Inc. Please do not write on, or place shipping labels or stickers, on the manufacturer’s packaging. All items must be shipped prepaid, and insured for the full value of the returned product(s). Pro Camera, Inc. does not accept COD shipments. Please note: ProCamera, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damages occurring in shipment by commercial carriers.
Memory cards, batteries, ink-jet paper, inks, fill, darkroom paper, and chemistry cannot be returned.
All parts and service performed by ProCamera, Inc. are guaranteed for 90 days. The warranty is limited to the specific repairs performed and does not extend to defects caused by abuse, tampering, or water damage. ProCamera, Inc. will repair or refund the repair charge at its option. No other warranty expressed or implied shall be applicable. ProCamera, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the loss of time, film, or consequential damages resulting from the repair of equipment.
Pro Camera, Inc. assumes no responsibility for items left over 90 days after repairs.
Items not normally stocked must be paid for in full before ordering and may be returned for store credit only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ProCamera, Inc. offers a 30 day return or exchange policy on most items. We will offer a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange.
Items must be returned with original receipt and all original packing materials in new condition for a full refund. After five days a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged or store credit applied.
All returns must be pre-authorized and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it. All items must be new and in original boxes. In order to be eligible for return, the UPC code must still be attached to the box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals, BLANK warranty cards and accessories must also be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please save your receipt as a record of your purchase. All returned goods MUST be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.
